Since the establishment of the Jamaican Orthodox Mission two parish churches have been established:

1. St. Moses the Black Orthodox Church (Northern Community)
2. St. Timothy the Apostle Orthodox Church (Southern Community)

ST. MOSES THE BLACK ORTHODOX CHURCH

On August 9, 2019, the mission's second parish, St. Moses the Black Orthodox Church, was established in Discovery Bay, St. Ann. This parish church is now situated in Falmouth, Trelawny.

ST. TIMOTHY THE APOSTLE ORTHODOX CHURCH

On July 7, 2017, the mission's first local parish, St. Timothy the Apostle Orthodox Church, was established in Runaway Bay, St. Ann. It was later relocated to Kingston and St. Andrew. Currently, the parish church is located in Spanish Town, St. Catherine.
